The receptionist will serve as the first point of contact, answering all incoming calls, routing them appropriately, and greeting and assisting all visitors upon arrival. Key duties also include managing front desk reception, operating the switchboard, and providing essential clerical support across various hospital departments.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred for this role, along with a working knowledge of switchboard equipment and computer systems for data entry. Candidates should be detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, analyze, and make decisions, and must have flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and nights.

Knowledge of 10-key data entry method preferred. Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, analyze, and make decisions.
