The Licensed Skincare Therapist will customize facial experiences for each guest, performing service enhancements using various advanced techniques like Microdermabrasion, Peels, LED Therapy, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy. They must also promote the therapeutic benefits of skincare and foster meaningful connections to empower guests on their wellness paths.
Candidates must possess a current state license to perform skincare services and maintain active liability insurance for skincare therapy, in addition to passing background checks. Required qualifications also include education in the Dermalogica Brand and the capability to perform full-body 50-minute and 80-minute facial services.
