The role involves providing evidence-based, client-centered therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families through conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. Key duties also include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing crisis intervention when necessary.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, along with an active and unrestricted LPC or LICSW license in the relevant state. A minimum of one to three years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, alongside strong knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in EHR systems.
Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Employee discounts We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based, client-centered therapy services to individuals, couples, and/or families. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to support clients’ mental and emotional well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers
Participate in case reviews, clinical supervision, and staff meetings
Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
Support clients in accessing community resources and services
Stay current on best practices, licensure requirements, and continuing education
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Active and unrestricted license as an LPC or LICSW in the state of [Insert State]

Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic techniques
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, or underserved communities
Certification or training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other evidence-based practices
