The HRBP serves as a liaison between system operations and the HR department, providing support on workforce issues and strategic business objectives. They also assist with employee relations, data analysis, and the implementation of HR initiatives to support organizational goals.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field and possess at least 2 years of human resources experience. A valid Oklahoma driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Analyzes data, assesses trends, identifies issues and opportunities and performs root cause analysis in partnership with Sr. HRBPs. Supports Sr. HRBPs with various projects, tasks and initiatives. Performs administrative tasks such as, composing written correspondence, pulling reports, gathering data, data entry, creating reports, etc. Assists with partnerships with leaders. Assists with identifying, planning and implementing strategic objectives that are in alignment with organization goals and strategies and/or emerging needs. Serves as a consultant to leaders and employees of assigned entities on HR-related issues, best practices, employment law and HR policies. Participates in the design, development and implementation of programs/projects. Assists with investigations and advises on employee relations matters. Develops summary reports and provides recommendations for improvement. Maintains knowledge and system compliance of federal and state employment laws and regulations, including EEO/AA, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and other regulatory (TJC, DHS, CMS, OSHA, etc.) requirements. Decision Making: Independent judgment in making decisions involving non-routine problems under general supervision. Working Relationships: Works directly with patients and/or customers.
