• Rather than short visits, traveling to multiple patients per shift, you work with one patient per shift.

Pay

• $25.00 - $29.00 an hour
• Sign-on
• Bonus: Full-Time - $4,000.00. Half paid at 90 days (about 3 months) of employment, the other half paid at 180 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90/180 days Part-Time - $2,000.00. Paid at 90 days (about 3 months) of employment, the other half paid at 180 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90/180 days

• Overview: We are seeking motived LPN's with experience in Pediatric Home Health to join our team in Brighton.
• Key
• Responsibilities: Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system. Active LPN License. Current BLS Certification. Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. Strong time management and prioritization skills. Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail.
