Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and coordinates all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.
Graduation from an accredited BSN program, Associate's Degree in Nursing, or a Nursing Diploma program is required. One to three years of previous clinical nursing experience is highly preferred, with a minimum of one year in a specialty area required.

Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
Education Work requires graduation from an accredited BSN program or associate’s degree in nursing, or a Nursing Diploma program. All registered nurses without a bachelor’s degree in nursing ( or higher) will be required to enroll in an appropriate program and complete the program within seven years of their start date. Experience One to three years previous clinical nursing experience highly preferred. For specialty area a minimum of one year of previous experience in that area of specialt y required. Degrees, Licensures, Certifications Requires current American Heart Association BLS certification. National certification in area of speciality and Non-violent Crisis Intervention certification preferred.
