The Occupational Therapist will provide person-centered care to support residents in daily living activities. They will implement personal care plans and collaborate with the clinical team to address residents' needs.
We are hiring resident-centered Occupational Therapist PRN to join our Rehab team!

Our Occupational Therapist support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

How you will make an impact
Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapy license for Maryland and meet Medicare and state requirements. Previous experience in home care and working with older adults is preferred.
