The Physical Therapist Assistant will work in a team to provide quality, compassionate care by implementing the patient's rehabilitation Care Plan under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Responsibilities also include communicating patient progress, assisting with scheduling, documenting care, and instructing family or staff on follow-through programs.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program resulting in an associate degree and hold current state licensure as a PTA or equivalent in the service area. CPR certification is also required for this role.
