Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA program culminating in an associate degree.
Current state licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant / PTA or equivalent in the states where services are rendered.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program resulting in an associate degree and hold current state licensure as a PTA or equivalent in the service area. CPR certification is also required for this role.
