Deliver evidence-based quality care to outpatient patients to improve their functional outcomes and independence in daily living. Establish personalized treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to ensure optimal patient recovery.
As an outpatient Occupational Therapist, you'll work with patients to bring them a sense of normalcy and independence through self-care management and activities of daily living.
You are comfortable communicating and educating patients, family members, and caregivers on how to best assist with daily routines.
This role gives you the opportunity for interdisciplinary team collaboration to ensure the best and most evidenced based practice for our patients.
