Market context
Florida orthopaedic clinics often look for LPNs who can support high patient volume, coordinate routine clinical tasks, and work smoothly with providers and support staff. This role is competitive because employers may prefer candidates with clinic experience, phlebotomy skills, or orthopaedic exposure, in addition to a current Florida LPN license and BLS.
