The Pedodontist is responsible for providing dental care for infants, children, and adolescents by examining, diagnosing, and treating diseases, abnormalities, injuries, and dysfunctional disorders of the oral cavity and its associated structures.
Minimum Requirements
Certified Dental License required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a pediatric dentist required.
Outpatient health clinic setting and/or a community health center setting, working with the underserved populations preferred.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing quality improvement programs.
Experience dealing with underserved populations and cultural competency.
Demonstrated experience with Electronic Medical Records systems.
A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.
$193,428.57 - $241,785.71 annually

The range is subject to change. Candidates must hold a certified dental license and have at least 5 years of experience as a pediatric dentist. A valid BLS certification and experience with underserved populations and EMR systems are required or preferred.
