The Resource Registered Nurse assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individual patient care according to unit policies and procedures. They oversee staff and coordinate patient care to achieve quality outcomes.
Candidates must have a Wyoming Registered Nurse License or enhanced Nurse Licensure (eNLC) and at least one year of nursing experience. Additional certifications and training are required within specified timeframes after starting.

Accepts responsibility for direction of co-workers in the implementation of care plans. Assigned to multiple units according to distribution of staff and patients.
