The Clinic LPN provides primary clinical support to the provider, patient, and their family to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient's condition. They also obtain and document patient medical history, vital signs, and provide direct clinical care as directed by the provider.

Geisinger offers outpatient Clinic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Geisinger has hundreds of community sites that allows LPNs to work to the top of their license while providing top-notch care in an ambulatory setting.
The Clinic LPN provides primary clinical support to the provider, patient and their family to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of the patient's condition. Follows up on diagnostic testing to ensure completion, accuracy, and filing of same in medical record to ensure continuity and quality of care. Promotes a clean environment. Meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in specific age range on their assigned clinical area.
This role is full-time, 40 hours weekly; days.
New and experienced LPNs are welcome! $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible LPN candidates.

Candidates must be graduates from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing and have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred. Basic Life Support Certification and a Licensed Practical Nurse license are required.
