The physician will join the Primary Care team, focusing on patient care with a quality-over-quantity model, seeing an average of 18-22 patients daily, including new consults, follow-ups, and screenings for patients 18 and older. Responsibilities involve chronic disease management and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team while utilizing built-in administrative time.
Candidates must possess an M.D., D.O., or M.B.B.S degree and be board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, along with an active, unrestricted California medical license and a valid DEA license. A minimum of 1-3 years of primary care experience and computer proficiency are also required.

Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
