Primary Care Plus (PCPlus), a value-based care delivery organization, is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our growing team across Louisiana.

Candidates must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, holding an M.D. or D.O. degree, and possessing an active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license along with valid DEA and CDS licenses. Preferred qualifications include Basic Cardiac Life Support certification and at least one year of clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care.
