Provide occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients. Responsibilities include establishing plans of care and preparing clinical documentation and discharge summaries.
Candidates must possess a valid State Occupational Therapist License and credentials. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or acute care settings is required.
We are hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.
Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities Travel to nearby centers as needed
