Position: Physician, Primary Care Shift: Full Time - 40 hours/week.

Medical degree from an accredited institution Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine State medical license and DEA registration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment Commitment to providing patient-centered care Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required. Require ACLS certification. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
