Setting: On-site Clinical Care We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to provide comprehensive outpatient medical services in a rural community healthcare setting in northeastern Arizona. This opportunity is ideal for physicians interested in serving rural and underserved populations while working in a collaborative clinical environment. Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct physical examinations and develop treatment plans Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic tests Provide preventive care and health education Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with clinical standards Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications
