The Licensed Practical Nurse II provides nursing care under the direction of an RN, which includes performing assessments within scope, administering medications, and providing patient education. Essential duties also involve collecting and reporting patient information, assisting with admissions and discharges, and ensuring accurate documentation.
require a current LPN license in Mississippi and effective communication skills. Candidates must be physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs independently, and assisting with patient repositioning and transfers.
Provides nursing care under RN direction; performs assessments within scope, medication administration, documentation, and patient education.
• Current LPN license (MS); effective communication skills.
• CPR certification.
