Qualifications

DDS or DMD accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation Completion of an Oral Surgery and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program ABOMS Certification Current, valid license to practice dentistry in state where providing care; license must be in good standing or eligible for licensure Anesthesia license required.
