Job Description: Otolaryngologist (ENT Surgeon) Acclaim Health / JPS Health Network Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Position Summary

Acclaim Health is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist to join our established and collegial ENT team at JPS Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas. This position emphasizes a balanced, sustainable clinical practice within a supportive, physician-led environment.

The role is well suited for surgeons who value work–life balance, predictable scheduling, strong collegial relationships, and reliable access to the operating room, while practicing comprehensive otolaryngology in a modern, well-resourced health system. Both early-career physicians seeking mentorship and experienced surgeons looking for long-term stability will find this opportunity attractive. General otolaryngologists and subspecialist applications are welcome.

This is a full-time employed position with thoughtfully structured clinical responsibilities, designed to promote professional satisfaction and personal well-being.

• Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care in both outpatient and surgical settings

Specific Qualifications Education & Training M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency

Licensure & Certification Eligible for or holder of an unrestricted Texas medical license Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
