Providence Medical Group is seeking a dedicated per diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with expertise in Cardiovascular Surgery to join our respected team.

The Value of Working with Us Per Diem OR first assist 12-hour shifts, flexible scheduling Call can be taken from home with 30 minutes response time Proficient vein harvesting skills required Large variety of cases including but not limited to: CABG, valve replacement and repairs, arrhythmia surgery, aneurysm repair, and aortic dissections, VATS and open lung surgery, pleural space surgery and rib plating.

Level II trauma center Collegial and supportive culture Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation is between $85.97 and $110.00 per hour.

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.

In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.

Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
