The role involves developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients with neurological disorders, including medication management and non-pharmacologic interventions. Responsibilities also include conducting follow-up visits, coordinating care with other professionals, and providing education to patients and families.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility, along with an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license. A Master's Degree in Nursing and completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program are required, though New Graduate Neuro Physicians are welcome.
