The Physical Therapist will join a therapy team to provide patient-centered care across diverse settings including Outpatient, Hospital Inpatient, Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing, Home Health, and Assisted Living facilities. Clinicians work in collaborative care teams offering PT, OT, and SLP services using a multidisciplinary approach.
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They are required to possess, or be eligible for, Physical Therapist licensing in both Minnesota and South Dakota.

We are a growing company looking for a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team in the community of Ortonville, MN. Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Ortonville Area Health Services and Milbank Area Hospital Avera Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
