The Occupational Therapist is responsible for resident evaluation, ongoing assessment, planning, and implementing therapy interventions based on individual needs. This includes developing and revising the plan of care, establishing functional goals, and planning for resident discharge needs.

The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system. The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
