The Registered Veterinary Technician will be responsible for utilizing their invested knowledge in tasks such as venipuncture, catheter placement, and sedation monitoring during procedures and recovery. They will also be involved in compassionate patient care, client education, pharmacy administration, and lab sample collection and processing.
The successful candidate must have at least two years of experience working in a hospital setting to utilize skills like venipuncture, radiography, and medication administration. Candidates should be prepared to engage in compassionate patient care and detailed medical recordkeeping.
