Pappas OPT Physical and Hand Therapy

Physical therapists will evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, developing individualized plans of care and tracking clinical outcomes to support patient progress. This involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical and documentation standards.
The primary requirement is holding a Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing within the state of Rhode Island. The role emphasizes professional growth, supported by mentorship and development pathways within the Confluent Health Family.
Reviewing patients' medical history Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury Recording patient progress andmodifyingthe plan of care as needed
Qualifications: Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island

$80,000-$100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials.
