In this role, you will assist in delivering high-quality outpatient care by implementing treatment plans, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, and documenting progress toward functional goals.

Responsibilities

Assisting in evaluating clients’ daily living skills and capacities to determine the extent of abilities and limitations Assisting patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment, including exercise instruction, manual therapy techniques, and activities of daily living Observing patients during treatments and reporting observations to the Physical Therapist

Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program required Unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice in Georgia CPR and first aid certification required

Compensation

Requirements

Candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold an unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure to practice in Georgia. Required certifications include CPR and first aid.
