Core duties include reviewing patient medical history, diagnosing conditions through observation and listening, and developing individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Responsibilities also involve using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and increase mobility, while recording progress and modifying care as needed.
Candidates must possess Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma and be a graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program. While one year of experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, emphasizing strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
