The Registered Nurse provides clinical care and coordination skills to every patient served in the Family Beginnings Resource Pool unit, utilizing the Eskenazi Health model of care, Synergy. This role involves coordinating with the patient, family/loved ones, and other healthcare disciplines to ensure care aligns with patient needs across triage, LDR, OR/PACU, Antenatal, and postpartum areas.

The Family Beginnings Resource Pool Registered Nurse coordinates with the patient, family/loved ones and other healthcare disciplines to ensure care is appropriate to patient care needs.
Family Beginnings at Eskenazi Health encompasses a 6-bed triage, 14 bed LDR, OR/PACU, Antenatal unit, and 20 bed postpartum unit.
Family Beginnings staff are experienced in all areas of care.
Staffing models are based upon AWHONN staffing guidelines.
