PRN Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Not looking for full-time? Perfect. This role is built for CNAs who want flexibility without losing purpose. At Elara Caring, our PRN CNAs step in where they’re needed most—covering visits, supporting patients at home, and delivering high-quality care on a schedule that works for them. What PRN Looks Like Here Pick up visits. Make an impact. Keep your schedule your own. Per diem / as-needed visits You choose your availability Ideal for CNAs wanting flexibility, variety, or supplemental hours Work independently in the field while staying connected to a clinical team What You’ll Do This is hands-on, patient-facing work where you step in and deliver exactly what’s needed—nothing more, nothing less. Provide direct personal care in patients’ homes (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Assist with mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers Take and report vital signs Observe and communicate changes in patient's condition Help maintain a safe, clean home environment Follow the established plan of care under RN direction What We’re Looking For Active CNA or Home Health Aide certification Experience in home health, hospital, or skilled nursing preferred Comfortable working independently in the field Strong communication and reliability Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes Physical Requirements - Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
