About the role

Key responsibilities include monitoring patient vital signs, administering prescribed medications and injections, and assisting patients with daily needs like bathing and feeding. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Patient Care

  • Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) and report changes to supervisors.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and update charts with treatments, symptoms, and progress.
  • Communication: Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and recovery processes.

  • Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program (usually 12–18 months).

Requirements
