The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports quality improvement by managing the collection, review, and sharing of performance data within a correctional health care environment. This role focuses on monitoring compliance and driving quality improvement activities specifically tied to CalAIM programs.
Candidates must possess a Graduate degree from a nationally accredited nursing program and have a minimum of one year of experience, with two or more years in a QA setting or relevant quality certification. Essential requirements include current BLS and ACLS certifications, and a strong understanding of healthcare quality assurance, CalAIM policies, and Medi-Cal requirements.
