Our team offers everything from annual physicals, screenings, and immunizations to sick visits, chronic condition management, and women’s health services. We also provide pediatric care, including well-child visits, school and sports physicals, and ongoing support for conditions like asthma, allergies, and diabetes. • What you will do: Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed by the doctor and maintain records. Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of a nurse or doctor. Follow the doctor's orders and nursing care plan for patient care. Report patient responses to care to a nurse for evaluation and adjustments to the care plan. Assist other healthcare staff in delivering patient care. Help doctors and nurses with diagnostic procedures. Assess nursing care, patient responses, and prioritize nursing tasks. Help develop and implement policies to ensure patient comfort and safety and participate in creating new policies. Contribute to maintaining the care environment, including equipment and supplies. Identify and assist in improving clinical and operational performance. Assist in managing supplies and equipment, reporting any malfunctions to the charge nurse. Participate in training programs and help train new staff. Perform other related duties as needed.
