Key responsibilities include conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing high-quality therapy services to clients, while maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation for a caseload of approximately 25 sessions per week.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in a behavioral health field and hold Illinois licensure or pre-licensure status (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, PsyD; ALMFT, LSW, or LPC). Experience with assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and strong interpersonal skills are required, with preference for those who can transition an existing client base.
