The Rehabilitation Therapy Technician I supports rehabilitation therapists by assisting with daily patient care and therapy activities, which includes setting up necessary equipment and maintaining a safe environment. This role also requires close collaboration with therapists and nurses, facilitating communication with patients and families, and preparing/transporting patients according to schedule.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with completion of required clinical ladder elements or equivalent training. CPR certification is preferred unless hospital policy mandates otherwise.
License/Certification: CPR certification preferred (unless hospital policy requires otherwise).
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Has completed elements required for clinical ladder Rehab Tech I or equivalent training in school or on-the-job training.
