The Occupational Therapist will conduct skilled occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for patients in their homes to improve functional abilities and safety. Key duties include providing therapeutic interventions targeting daily activities, assessing home environments, documenting progress, and educating patients and caregivers.
Candidates must possess a Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program and hold an active Kansas Occupational Therapist license. Required attributes include strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication, dependability, self-motivation, and reliable transportation for home health visits.

Valid Kansas OT license Reliable Vehicle Valid Driver's License Must pass a background check Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to maintain a confidential working relationship Good personal organizational skills Ability to follow oral and written instructions Demonstration of satisfactory knowledge and competency for the initial evaluations, delivery of services, treatments, and teaching.
