The primary responsibility is serving as a compassionate and dedicated Charge Nurse, providing exceptional care to residents at Creekside. This role requires flexibility to cover PRN shifts across all schedules, including days, evenings, and nights.
Applicants must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid in Oregon and maintain a positive attitude focused on top-notch care. Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule of day and evening shifts is also required.
