Position Summary:\n\n * Deliver comprehensive, continuous primary care to a panel of pediatric\n patients\n * Participate in Urgent Care coverage as needed\n * Clinical collaboration with the nurse practitioners and physician assistants\n * Contribute to the development and implementation of community health\n initiatives\n * Represent the health center in community groups, partnerships, and task\n forces as assigned\n * Actively engage in productivity, quality improvement, performance\n initiatives, utilization review, and staff education\n\nQualifications:\n\nEducation and Experience:\n\n * Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required\n * Completion of a residency in Pediatrics or Med/Peds\n * Minimum of two years of post‑residency experience preferred\n\n\n\n\n * Licensure & Certifications\n * Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics\n * Current Massachusetts medical license (or eligibility to obtain)\n * Eligible for unrestricted health center and hospital privileges at affiliated\n facilities\n * Current DEA and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration\n\n\n\n\nReporting to:\n\nChief Clinical Officer\n\n\n\n\nEOE\n\n\nMonday-Friday
