The LTC WOW CNA is responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities while maintaining respect and privacy, and monitoring and documenting their health status, reporting changes promptly to nursing staff. They must also support mobility routines and maintain a clean, safe environment while engaging empathetically with residents to foster emotional well-being.
Candidates must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Essential requirements include demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care and compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations.
Full time/Prn: Full Time 16hr shifts on weekdays ONLY (3p-7a)
