The role involves implementing the treatment plan in collaboration with the treatment team while providing peer support, advocacy, and recovery services to clients and their caregivers. Responsibilities include facilitating discharge readiness, offering mentorship, and assisting clients with independent living skills and community connections.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Candidates should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience, and current Recovery Peer Advocate or Recovery Peer Advocate - Provisional certification is preferred.
