About the role

The Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Clinician will provide high-quality patient care to individuals aged 18 and older. The role involves collaboration with both primary care and specialty care teams.

Our multispecialty clinic is physician owned, which prioritizes the highest quality patient care and a strong work-life balance.

We’re looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team at one of our 8 clinics throughout Vancouver, WA. We also have openings at several clinics located in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing evidence-based care to patients 18 years and older. This role will manage their own primary care panel.

Our Internal Medicine Department is growing! We currently have 31 physicians and 23 Advanced Practice Clinicians across both OR and WA.

Position Details

  • Full-time or Part-time (0.6 – 1.0 FTE)
  • Flexible schedule (4 days/week)
  • 100% outpatient; shared call among Washington clinicians (phone only)
  • Minimum of 2 years of primary care clinical experience required - new graduates are not eligible
  • Compensation is a Production model
  • New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee of $145,000 with upside earning potential
  • Compensation information is provided based on available data at the time of posting and is subject to change.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of primary care experience, with geriatrics training preferred but not required. A passion for evidence-based care is essential.
