The Occupational Therapist will provide necessary occupational therapy services and assessments to patients within their residences. This includes guiding patients through prescribed therapeutic care and assisting in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans.
Candidates must have completed an accredited Occupational Therapy program and possess a current license to practice in the state of Florida. A minimum of one year of institutional experience and reliable transportation are also mandatory requirements for this role.
