The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function while delivering evidence-based interventions. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families to ensure continuity of care and positive long-term outcomes.
Candidates must hold at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess an active Alabama Physical Therapist license. Additionally, the role requires current BLS certification and at least two years of experience, with a preference for those with an acute care background.
