Salary
$13 - $15 / HOUR
vary by client and shift, but generally include providing personal care assistance such as hygiene, dressing, incontinence care, and mobility support. Aides will also offer companionship, assist with meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders.
Candidates must complete a two-step TB test, TSPOT, or chest X-ray, and pass the state competency test or hold a valid CNA license. A reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor, along with a valid driver's license and ability to travel for work, are also required.
