Primary Care services include on-site Behavioral Health providers, Social Workers, and Care Management, along with preventive programs like diabetes management and education. Castleton Express Care, located within the same facility as Community Health Castleton, is open seven days a week, for the treatment of minor illnesses and injuries for adults and children.
