Responsibilities

Performs physical therapy programs and treatments as directed by the physical therapist for inpatient & outpatient pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. Provides employee and patient educational programs as directed. The duties of this position require patient and family education and the exercise of courtesy and patience in speaking with and assisting patients, families, medical personnel and others in order to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED Associate's degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant by the Georgia Board of Physical Therapy Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED Two (2) years of licensed clinical experience.

Work Hours

8:15 - 4:45 Weekend Requirements:
