Pay range for this position is $48.34 - $60.73/hour.
Actual pay is based on years of licensure.
This is an Hourly position.

The RN CRT Tier 1 – Hospital provides experienced and flexible nurses who deliver patient care across multiple departments within a single facility. Applies strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for diverse patient populations. In this role, RNs adapt quickly to different care settings and collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality, age-appropriate care that meets the needs of our patients and communities. Provides coverage in two or more departments within the facility as staffing needs require.
Experience: Experience collaborating with diverse healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Prior float or cross-training experience preferred Licensure/ Certification: PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or other specialty certifications Other Skills/ Knowledge: Familiarity with multiple patient care areas (e.g., med-surg, ICU, telemetry, pediatrics, ER) Understanding of age-specific care needs and population-specific interventions OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Candidates must be Registered Nurses with a minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience in the specialty area of hire, holding a current Illinois RN license, BLS, and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association. Preferred qualifications include PALS or other specialty certifications and experience floating or cross-training.
