This role leads the development and evaluation of clinical research program policies and procedures to ensure safe and ethical research involving Parkland patients and resources. Responsibilities include organizing, reviewing, and facilitating the approval of research proposals to ensure efficient resource utilization and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of eight years working with patient care processes and three years specifically in clinical research operations or analysis. Essential requirements include expert knowledge of research regulations, ethics, study design, and strong skills in communication and data management.
