The Clinical Assistant will guide residents through daily routines, including meals and therapy sessions, while promoting and maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment. This role also involves assisting with new resident intakes and facilitating psychoeducational groups focused on skill-building and recovery support.

As a Residential Clinical Assistant at Paradigm Treatment Centers and Ridge RTC, you will work closely with Clinical Directors, Therapists, and the multidisciplinary treatment team to support adolescents and young adults throughout their rehabilitative journey. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment while supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
Salary Range: $22—$24 USD
